This page covers stocara.co.uk only. The Stocara app, once installed on a Shopify store, has its own app privacy policy.

What we keep

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, which of the two forms you used, and the date. Nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies on this site, and the font is served from this site rather than from Google.

Prices on the site show in your local currency, worked out in your browser from your time zone and language settings. That never leaves your device. If you pick a different currency, your browser remembers the choice on your device only.

What we use it for

One email telling you Stocara is available on the Shopify App Store. We don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't share or sell the address.

Where it's held

The site itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, sees your IP address when you load a page. Waitlist addresses are stored in Stocara's own database, hosted by Railway.

How long

Until the launch email has gone out, then we delete the list. If Stocara never launches, we delete it within 12 months of today.

Your rights

To see what we hold or have your address removed, email support@stocara.co.uk from that address. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
